World Renewal's main goal is to fulfill the great commission of making disciples. The best proven method of evangelism and discipleship is starting new congregations. We want to start, "plant", new churches wherever there are lost people. As a young mission formed in 1986, we are zealous for the Lord.
We are committed to planting indigenous churches with indigenous leaders. We plant "Day One" churches that from day one are (1) mission minded (2) focused on reaching outside their own neighborhood to plant churches and (3) self-supporting.
World Renewal uses many different methods to reach the lost. In addition to planting new churches, World Renewal uses sports evangelism, language camps, crusades, music teams, puppet teams, medical teams, drama teams and street evangelism.
World Renewal's Founder and President is Gary Wright. Gary and his wife, Carol have four grown children and three grandsons. They live in Greenfield.
